​My Belief is that we should have someone to be honest with and listen to our truths. I provide a safe and open environment where the patient is encouraged to learn, create changes, and grown as a whole individual. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, and I feel that this approach is best for most patients.  My approach is based on the individual patient’s needs therefore, I may also use other treatment options (only those that I am competent in delivering), including The Gottman Method for couples, in order to reach treatment goals. Each treatment approach is specific to each individual patient and situation and will be discussed during the intake as well as continually throughout therapy.
